Records & Information ManagementRecords & Information Management is responsible for the efficient registration, archiving and opening of government related information.Their tasks are:• Policy proposals concerning Documents and Information Services for the government of St. Maarten• The development of policy and procedures regarding central mail recording, sending mail, and central archiving and the supervision of the implementation of those policies• The supervision of loaned archived documents• To look after document management such as the central library• The supervision of the central mail registration, mail sending, and archiving • Digitalizing of documents and automation of the document information services
